Summary : This DVD "Andre Breton" is addressed to all those which are impassioned for the surrealist universe and with all the curious ones about the artistic adventures of the XXth century. It contains two films, carried out by Fabrice Maze for Arte and the center Pompidou and a sequence "no-claims bonus", new, which make us côtoyer the places that André Breton and his friends attended, to revive the great stages of its history and to penetrate in the scientist disorder of the workshop of the 42 street Fontaine. It is the only filmed document which gives access to this mythical place. A booklet "Chronology of Andre Breton" by Jean Michel Goutier accompanies this DVD.
